Refund Policy

All sales are final once payment has been processed. No refunds or returns will be issued for orders canceled by the customer after payment is completed, regardless of reason. 

In the event that Clara’s Kitchen cancels an order, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of the business. Approved refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. Please note that refund processing times vary by financial institution and may take several business days to appear.

Clara’s Kitchen reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases including, but not limited to, missed pickup times, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or failure to follow ordering instructions. Other conditions may apply.
